Support

Walton Oak Community Living provides services to support people with a diagnosed mental health conditions, learning disabilities and/or substance misuse, which can be anything from:

  • Anxiety and panic disorders

  • Autistic Spectrum Disorder

  • Acquired brain injury

  • Psychosis

  • Bipolar disorder

  • Depression

  • Personality disorders

  • People with complex needs

  • Sensory disabilities

  • Behaviours that challenge

  • Risk taking behaviours

  • Trisomy

We help inviduals gain self-confidence and improved emotional wellbeing on their pathway to independence through self-development and collaborative staff support. We focus on our service user's mental health, living skillls, physical health and self care, relationships, responsiblities, addiction behaviours and self-esteem to help them improve their quality of life.
